No entry fee. The Quanhua Watercolour Art Gallery will frame all accepted paintings at no cost to the artists, and will pay return shipping of unsold work. This year the judges will be Janine Gallizia, Alvaro Castagnet, Ong Kim Seng, Xidan Chen, Nicholas Simmons, and the Chinese judges.
